By placing an order with Gift Specialists Inc., You authorize Gift Specialists Inc. to act on Your behalf to engage a common carrier as a delivery service for Your order. This order is not being placed for, on behalf of, or at the request of, anyone who is employed by the State in which this order will be delivered. ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES MAY BE SOLD AND DELIVERED ONLY TO PERSONS WHO ARE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE. BY PLACING AN ORDER, YOU REPRESENT TO GIFT SPECIASLISTS INC. THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD AND THAT THE PERSON TO WHOM DELIVERY WILL BE MADE IS AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD. When the alcoholic beverages associated with this order are delivered, the person receiving the delivery will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old.

It may be beneficial to You to have the order shipped to an office to insure that someone at least 21 years old is available to sign for the order at the time of delivery.

Shipping and Weather
Gift Specialists Inc is not responsible for delays in shipments caused by extreme weather conditions or acts of nature.

Extreme weather conditions can affect beverages. High temperatures and freezing may cause beverages to leak. Gift Specialists Inc is not responsible for products that are damaged by extreme weather conditions. By placing an online order you agree to take full responsibility for that shipment through whatever weather conditions may occur during that shipment.

We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, or military addresses.
