1. Why is Beer On The Wall better than those beer-of-the-month clubs? Fresher, wider variety, more choices for you!

ABOVE AND BEYOND EVERYTHING, OUR #1 GOAL IS TO HAVE THE HIGHEST QUALITY AND BEST SELECTION OF WEST COAST MICROBREWS ON THE PLANET! - WE ARE SERIOUS ABOUT IT!

Ever heard of "skunky" beer? Nasty beer-of-the-month clubs buy huge quantities of only a few different beers that sit at room temperature in their warehouses for who knows how long. NOT US! OUR BEER IS ALWAYS FRESH! We buy very small amounts of bunches of different beers and keep them refrigerated from the time we get them until we ship them to you! We religiously rotate our beers to keep them brewery fresh. Total Quality is our #1 Goal!

Beer-of-the-month clubs make you drink whatever beers they decide to send you. WE DON'T! We send you only the specific beers you order! You can custom build your own 6-packs and 12-packs, or even cases if you like... as many brews as you can handle. Just remember, you can only drink 30 or 40 beers a day... no matter how rich you are!

Of course, we also offer our "BUNCH of BREWİ" 6-packs and 12-packs that you can buy as a one-time gift or as a sampler for yourself. Our Bunch of Brew packs are expertly designed beer selections that we put together for you.

Beer-of-the-month clubs usually make you wait to get your beer. WE DON'T! We let you decide when you want your beer, and that's when we ship it!

2. Can I custom choose what beer I will receive? YES!

You get to pick and choose from our huge variety of California microbrews to custom build your own 6-packs and 12-packs! Every beer in your order can be different if you want.

3. Can I get or send someone a surprise selection of micro brews each month as a gift? Absolutely! With our "Bunch of the Month Club!"

You simply choose one of our "Bunch of the Monthİ" memberships in 6-packs or 12-packs, decide how many months you would like to receive them, and go to "Check Out!" It's that easy! This is the ideal gift for anyone who appreciates good micro brewed beer. Of course it doesn't have to be a gift... you can also order these for yourself!

Join our "Bunch of the Month Club" and you will get a different 6- pack or 12-pack every month consisting of three delicious micro brew flavors (...two bottles of each flavor for the 6-pack club, or four bottles of each flavor for the 12-pack club). You choose how long you want to join. Memberships range from 2 to 12 months. You can also decide to keep getting killer Bunch of Brews "Forever" if you like! The brew leaves our refer during the first half of each month.

You will also receive our monthly "OFF The Wall" Newsletter full of cool beer facts, stories, interviews with brewers, information about our featured beers, and lots of other cool stuff.

4. Does Beer On The Wall keep all their beer refrigerated? YES!

We ensure freshness by always keeping your beer cold. We keep your beer in temperature controlled (38 degrees F) rooms until we ship it to you!

5. How do I know the beer I get will be fresh? We stake our name on it!

Temperature and shelf life are the two most important factors in keeping microbrews fresh. We keep our beer at 38 degrees F and keep very small quantities of each beer on hand to ensure a quick turnaround from the brewery to you!

We work closely with the brewers to ensure that the beer they brew will arrive fresh at your doorstep. Certain craft beers cannot even stand a few days of warm temperature without spoiling their taste. If we can't meet the brewers specific recommendations for a certain beer, we will not offer that beer to you. And that's a fact! Total Quality is our Goal!

6. How does Beer On The Wall pick the beers they offer? One at a time!

We constantly travel throughout the state of California visiting breweries, talking with the brewers, and tasting beers at their source. We offer you only the best beers that we find, and every beer that we sell is hand picked by us! Believe it or not, many beer-of-the-month clubs don't even pick their own beers, they just get them from huge distributors.

7. How is the beer packaged and shipped? Environmentally friendly!

We spent the extra bucks to design an environmentally friendly packaging system which accommodates the wide range of bottle sizes that we sell. We do not use styrofoam inserts. Please help our planet by recycling the packaging we send to you, thanks!

Shipping is done through a network of ground carriers and delivery is made to your home or office. Someone at least 21 years old must be available to sign for the package when it arrives.

8. When will I receive my beer? Depends where we are shipping it.

It usually takes from 5 to 15 working days to get your beer. The closer you are to California, the sooner you can expect to receive it.

9. Will I always be able to order every beer you offer? Probably! - but maybe not...

Although we do everything we can to make all of our beers available at all times, our goal of providing the freshest and hardest to find beer available has its limitations.

We will only stock small quantities of each beer to ensure that they do not sit in our cooler long. When we get a mad rush on a certain beer, we may run out. It's the nature of our business!

Also, certain microbreweries only brew small batches of beer each month and some brew different beers monthly. At times, certain beers will not be available. It's the nature of their business!

Here at Beer On The Wall, we believe that keeping a very high standard of the quality and selection of our beer greatly outweighs the need to have every single beer available all the times. Total Quality is our #1 Goal!

If for any reason we do not have the beer you want in stock, please let us know and, if possible, we will get that beer as quickly as we can and notify you when it arrives!

10. Why does micobrew need to be kept refrigerated? It's ALIVE!

Like milk, microbrew is alive. As it sits around it changes. The changes can lead to off-tastes, bad flavors, cloudiness and color changes. If kept cold (below 40 degrees F), the changes are drastically slowed down.

The majority of the beers that we carry are very much alive and need to be kept cold. When you receive your beer, be sure to put it in your refrigerator as soon as possible to preserve its fresh taste.

If you buy beer from other sources, be sure to ask if they keep their beer refrigerated!

11. Can I return my beer for a refund? No.

Sorry, but we do not allow refunds for beer.

12. Is it safe for me to input my personal information on your site? Absolutely!

Our On-line order page is protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. The employment of SSL Servers is the most widely accepted secure server configuration used today for e-commerce solutions. All personal and credit card information is encrypted for you protection.

13. What are the shipping costs? Depends on where we are shipping it.

We charge shipping based on the weight of your order and the destination. To see what it's going to cost you, add the items you want to purchase into your shopping cart, then go to checkout or view your cart and all the shipping charges will be shown to you. Simple, huh?

14. Can I request a specific delivery time? No.

Unfortunately we cannot control the time of day your package will be delivered.
