Specifications and Format
Email us your artwork in a .jpg or .tiff format. If the labels are for a promotion or advertising your company, we recommend using a .tiff file. We want you and your company to look your best!

Ideal Resolution - save your artwork at 300 dpi.

The actual label size is 3.25"H x 3.75"W. You get a 3" x 3" area in the middle of the label for your graphic. We use the remainder of the label for bleed space and legal wording. We normally put a solid black background on the label which blends in nicely with the color of the bottle and makes your graphic stand out.

After you have emailed us your graphic feel free to give us a call and inquire about the graphic you had sent. At that time we can check to see that everything is OK with your private label design artwork.

How Long Does it Take?
For small orders (less than 10 cases), normal processing time is usually 1 working day from the time that we receive your proof approval until your order is shipped. Larger orders may take longer to process. Please call us for more details.

If you need your private label beer in a hurry, we can usually RUSH your order and get it processed faster. We can also upgrade your shipping for additional fees. Please call us to find out what additional fees might apply.

How Much Does it Cost?
$25 Setup Fee - If you provide us with the artwork in the proper format, and all we have to do is format the label for printing, we charge a one time $25 label setup fee. We will then keep your label design for future use with no additional setup fees.

$5 Photo Insert Fee - If you use one of our photo label templates and email us a photo/graphic to insert onto your label, we charge a $5 setup fee for each different label design.

$10 Scan Fee - If you send us a picture via snail mail that you want us to scan, there is a $10 scan fee. If you want your picture back you must include an self-addressed, stamped envelope.

Of course, the normal cost of the private label beer is in addition to the above fees. The normal cost of the private label beer depends on the quantity of beer you purchase and is shown in your Shopping Cart.

Email Us Your Design
The easiest way to send us your photo or graphic is to email it to: GiftShops@higsi.com. Attach your artwork to the email and send it to us. Be sure to include the following information in the Subject Line or your email will probably be deleted.

Include the following text in the Subject Line of the email: Label for "Last Name". The "Last Name" should be the last name that is on the credit card you will be using for this order.

What if I don't have my picture ready right now?
If you don't send us your graphic/picture as you place your order, you can still continue with your order and send the graphic later. When you have your graphic ready, you can send it to us using the following email address: GiftShops@higsi.com.
