Red Sky Ale is made with 98% pale barley malt and 2% wheat malt to produce a cool, red hue. Red Sky has a medium body with a subtle combination of clean sweetness and crisp bitterness. The bittering hops are fuggles and tettnang and the aromatics are fuggles and cascade (28 IBU). 5.8% alcohol by volume.
