St. Stan's Amber is made in the Altbier style of Dusseldorf Germany, with low carbonation and a malty, no bitter creamy smooth flavor. The beer is a medium amber in color and uses pale and caramel malts in the brewing process. The bittering hops are Cascades and Fuggles and the aromatics are Cascades and Tettnang (18 IBU). 5.8% alcohol by volume.
