Eye of the Hawk Ale is an excellent Mendocino Brewing Company Ale that is strong, rich and full bodied. This brew is a coppery reddish-amber color and its unique taste is the result of a huge helping of Caramel and Pale malted barley this is balanced with Cluster, Cascade and Saaz hops. And all of these distinctive ingredients give Eye of the Hawk Ale its luxurious flavor, substantial mouthfeel and that slightly dry finish we love!
