A craft brewery can be either a large regional brewery, a microbrewery, or a brew pub. Craft brewers produce, hand-made batches of high quality beer using all malt, water and yeast recipes, for sale to beer wholesalers, retail stores and the general public. Nowadays even some of the huge regional brewers make what they call craft beers.

The brews that we select each month for our beer club's members are always craft brewed and are never mass distributed swill that you can find on every supermarket shelf across America.
